We come from regulated, high-volume operations — financial services desks and enterprise back offices — where judgment-heavy work is the whole job. That vantage point teaches you two things fast: where AI genuinely helps, and where it quietly creates risk that surfaces months later in an audit.
So before we ever built for a customer, we ran the experiments on ourselves. Research, reporting, reconciliation, client operations — we put models and agents on our own desk, kept what survived production, and threw away what only survived demos. Stryki AI is the practice built from what survived.

With 25+ years across the IT industry, he has led engineering and delivery through every major platform shift — from enterprise software and cloud to data platforms and, now, applied AI — building and scaling teams that ship into regulated, high-stakes environments.
An AI practitioner and enthusiast as much as an executive, he works at the intersection of frontier models and real-world constraints: grounded systems over impressive prototypes, human accountability over black boxes, and measurable outcomes over slideware.
